Some anti freezing maintenance methods of optical fiber laser cutting machine:
1. If conditions permit, air conditioning or heating devices can be installed to keep
the ambient temperature within the range specified in the equipment manual (5-40 ° C).
2. Operate the cooler for 24 hours, and the water shall not freeze during circulation.
3. Add ethylene glycol antifreeze to the water tank. The freezing point changes with
the concentration of ethylene glycol in aqueous solution. Clariant brand and antifreeze
glycol water sample (industrial product, toxic to human body) are recommended.
Adding 30% antifreeze into the tank can resist – 20 ℃ ice free.
Note: any antifreeze cannot completely replace desalted water and cannot be used
for a long time throughout the year. After winter, the pipeline is cleaned with desalted
water or pure water, and the desalted water or pure water is restored to refrigerant.
4. If the environment reaches the freezing point and the fiber laser cutting machine
is not used for a long time, all liquids in the chiller, laser and laser output head shall be discharged.
